Rob Stanford - Managing Director / Owner

Phoenix Managing Director, Rob Stanford, has spent his entire career working with some of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry. With a background in engineering, and more than a decade spent on the frontline of manufacturing operations, Rob's experience has propelled him to develop the core set of problem solving skills that ensures his team is able to tackle any crisis and effectively manage a variety of projects, from complete business turnarounds, to premises relocation or new product launches. Rob's down to earth, practical approach is data driven and disciplined. Almost always to be found in the work environment and rarely behind a desk, Rob prefers to stay at the operational edge, actively involved in customer projects. With an emphasis on absolute discipline of execution, Rob and the entire Phoenix Team will find a solution for any scenario.

Business and Customer Account manager Iveta, co founded Phoenix QS after spending many years working for various supply chain management and personnel leasing companies. Her experience on the front line of project coordination has given her a unique understanding of customer expectations and service delivery. Iveta transformed the industry standard for rapid support at customer sites, and Phoenix's rapid deployment policy remains a benchmark due to Iveta's wide labour network.

Gabi Matusova - Financial Controller

After spending her early career working at various financial institutions including leading banks, Gabi joined the team in 2009 after 3 years working as the finance manager at a leading manufacturing support company. Gabi's dynamic approach to financial control ensures Phoenix QS has the ability to manage budgets both internal and external. From purchase orders to invoice monitoring, Gabi plays a key rule ensuring financial continuity and accuracy for Phoenix and their customers.
Maria Krivakova - Project coordinator

As Personnel coordinator, Maria uses her considerable experience daily, interacting between the Phoenix Operations team and customers, ensuring continuity between various reporting functions and verifying first hand that internal standards are rigorously met. Her primary responsibility for HR and recruiting is the key to customer satisfaction. Working closely with co founder Iveta Kaluzakova to select, test, recruit and train all employees, Maria's dedication to her role and commitment to our customers is unrivalled, always ensuring the companies rapid deployment policy is strictly adhered to.
